GETTING STARTED

We receive a referral for services from your Primary Care Physician.

Once your referral is received, our referral specialist will contact you to schedule your appointment(s) and go over the documentation needed prior to your first appointment. During this time, we will answer any questions you may have about our services. Fill out our Registration Packet and Pediatric Medical History form. In the meantime, our office manager will confirm your authorization through any insurance provided to give you an accurate cost of service (if applicable.)

You have the option to come into either of our clinics to make sure we are a good fit for you and your kiddo. Come see our amazing gyms, treatment rooms, and friendly staff prior to your appointment!

This is where we will evaluate your kiddo to have a better understanding of the services needed and discuss a plan of treatment.

We are always looking for ways to improve our services and would greatly appreciate any feedback regarding your evaluation.
